Happy New Year! My vacation was wonderful, saw friends and family. Thanks for asking.

You asked for input.......... I still think that MSI is a miracle. Keith is a real sweetheart (hire him forever!), on time, works hard, does a good job and most inportant: he communicates. I know exactly what's going on and what to expect. I do my very best to spread the word to my friends and clients.
Really, the only negative thing I can think off is that we have to pay once in a while :-).

Right now I'm dealing with another contractor in my house who's putting in a woodburner. I've been dealing with him since a long time, before I knew about MSI. It's a nightmare, a big contrast with MSI.

Keep up the good work, it's a real pleasure to work with you guys.

Dear MSI,

I wanted to write and tell you how great it is to have my new water softener. There’s no more hard water build up or spotting and that is especially important to me since we have replaced most of our fixtures due to hard water damage.

We use less laundry detergent and dishwasher soap and no more need for fabric softener. Your technicians were knowledgeable and professional and we would highly recommend your company. Thanks again.

Dear MSI:

I just wanted to take this opportunity to compliment Patty, Mike and Claus on the exceptional service we received yesterday. I called Patty in a panic, as we were doing some work on our home and ran into a pipe in the wall we were unaware of. We were at a crossroad in the project and needed our plumber to come out immediately. Patty was so responsive and sent Mike over as soon as she could reach him. I discussed the issue with Mike and after sending him away too quickly, I called Patty back to let her know we needed a price quote. Claus was at our house almost immediately! His advice was invaluable and although we ended up not doing the work (for now), we were really impressed with the prompt service. You have a great group in the plumbing department.

In my business, we often have customers new to the area, who ask us for referrals and I am always confident in recommending MSI.
